Instant Sports Paradise is the second game I worked on during my first internship in the video game industry.

My missions

  • Testing the main island and coming up with possible improvements.
    My first mission as a level designer on the project was to playtest and come up with some improvements for the main HUB island of the game. After watchng someone who never played explore, I came up with some arguments and possible improvements to fix the issues with the actual level design.

  • Designing the distribution of collectibles.
    On the HUB island are different collectibles to gather in a notebook. I suggested some modifications to make collecting the bugs, fishes and rocks more engaging and making sure to reward exploration with rare collectibles for players who dared walk out of the main path.
